An opportunity for the community to connect with and support those living with Dementia; their carers, family, friends and those recently bereaved.

About the event
The service will include singing some familiar, uplifting hymns, listen to a few short readings and prose and offer prayers of thanksgiving for our medical profession and all the advances in treatment currently being trialled.
The Abbey School art installation will be on display for us to enjoy.
Refreshments will be served afterwards giving us the chance to chat together.
Retiring collection for The Westminster Hospital serving us when possible, with respite care.
Car Parking available.
